Providence Place has a variety of attractive
studio (280-640 sq ft), one bedroom (437-718 sq ft), and two
bedroom (650-767 sq ft) apartments. We also have several handicapped-accessible
units (540-840 sq ft).

All of our units feature an appealing
living room and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, private
bathroom, bedroom and storage space. The apartments are also
equipped with scald-proof hot water controls, slip-proof showers
with assistance bars, smoke detectors, carpeting, an emergency
call system, individual temperature controls for heat and air
conditioning, and basic cable television service.

The monthly rent for each Providence
Place apartment includes:
